Adventures with Whole Wheat Sourdough (part 1)
The beautiful Betsy Dewey was so kind to share a special sourdough starter from East Texas.
I used whole wheat flour and honey, 'cause that's what I had and it turned out great! It was a little dry, but I think I can remedy that next time by using less flour, more oil as I knead.
